Tempranillo 104 years old.”老實說回到旅館查了下 Inigio 的資料，有北歐某進口商用頂級勃根地來形容，當下是有點嗤之以鼻，直到喝到釀酒師交代山城主人留給我的這款 EI valle 整個難以置信的好。那是極少數在超一流釀酒師身上才散發的光芒，兼具力道優雅，細緻與奔放，我在Massa Vecchia Rosato身上感受過，或是 DRC 狀態好時 Lucien Le Moine 等一流名家感受的那種遼闊與細緻的並存。
