葡萄採收自 Walker Bay 的四個葡萄園：Stanford Hills、Stonefields、Blue Gum 和 Waboomsrivier。
部分帶皮浸漬 5 天，其餘整串壓榨，自然發酵並在舊橡木桶中陳釀 11 個月。
混合後靜置一個月裝瓶，未過濾且無添加二氧化硫，呈現純淨、自然的風味。
