“A blend of 60% Trebbiano and 40% Pecorino that ferments in barriques for 40 days and then matures for 18 months without any filtering. The wine has a golden-yellow color and the aroma has a variety of spice notes and those of aromatic herbs as well as a delicate note of flint. The mouthfeel is broad and bold but at the same time sharp, elegant and bracing with a dynamic and harmonious progression with an amazing persistence. A wine with extraordinary character.”

Trebbiano 來自 1970 年的 Montefiore 葡萄田，提供白酒驚人的架構與純粹感，Pecorino 來自 Cupra Marittima 的年輕葡萄田，提供這款驚天白酒難以置信的活力酸度與澎湃礦物感，20 個月新桶，6 個月不銹鋼，醞釀出這款難以置信的高度複雜度又純粹飄逸的終極白酒。
寫文的當下，雖然又多喝了不少世界級白酒，Macondo 無與倫比的純粹度，讓我始終懷疑我記憶中的 Coche Dury 真的能夠跟得上這款義大利對世界的回答嗎？
